We use state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture top-quality products ranging from customised orders to large series. A traditional company if the field of springs, wire and punched products, we never limited ourselves to producing conventional springs, but always focused on niche products from the outset. Quality without compromise
- All our articles are subject to the strictest inspection requirements – from raw material acceptance to dispatch.
- Our raw material deliveries arrive with supplementary sheet or certificate and are assigned a material number on acceptance to ensure unambiguous identification.
- The initial sample/production test is specified on our internal working papers, and must be declared executed with date and signature.
- The inspection interval for the series is stipulated by the customer or Quality Management, and equally documented on the job card.
- The final inspection is carried out either in accordance with the internal “Sampling plan for final inspection” based on AQL table 7.1 or as specified by the customer.
- Upon customer request, the collected final inspection data is documented by means of electronic measuring tools and the “Sample analysis QS-STAT” (official automotive supplier programme) pursuant to EN 10204.2.1.
Each of these points guarantees full traceability of our products.
