We produce high-quality products with state-of-the-art machinery. Production is tailored to individual requirements. Thür firmly believes in automation – which also makes large series production swift and cost-effective. At the same time, special requests, custom order and short runs are realised in various forms and finishes.

Bent wire parts

We made forming our speciality. We use state-of-the-art CNC production technology to process wire of all material qualities – based on a drawing, draft or sample as template.

Compression Springs

Using cutting-edge machinery, we produce compression springs in wire thicknesses from 0.1 to 35 mm, round and square wire springs, stainless and acid-resistant springs with a wire thickness of up to 15 mm, as well as high heat-resistant springs that withstand temperatures of up to 600 °C.

Tension Springs

We produce tension springs made from spring steel with wire diameters of 0.1 to 20 mm, as well as tension springs made from stainless and acid-resistant materials with wire diameters of up to 15 mm. We are happy to advise you on choosing the optimal eyelet shape, hook, screw plug or screw tab.

Torsion Springs

Our state-of-the-art production allows us to offer cost-effective custom torsion and double torsion springs in wire thicknesses from 0.1 to 20 mm based on your sample or drawing.

Leaf Springs

We can handle any series run for our leaf springs – aka flat springs – using special tools for large series or universal tools for small series, as requested by the customer.

We are experienced in all aspects of technical springs. Our high degree of automation facilitates production of simple and complex springs and bent wire parts. Cost-effective and precise.
